Welcome Zhaoying Liu as a research assistant to the LYM Lab!

Recently, we embarked on an exhilarating adventure along the Ling Bai Hiking Trail in Suzhou, China. This renowned trail spans approximately 7 kilometers, connecting the picturesque Lingyan Mountain to the serene Baimai Valley. The journey took us through a breathtaking array of landscapes, from rugged mountain terrain to lush green valleys.

Throughout our hike, we were treated to stunning panoramic views, ancient temples, and natural rock formations that are unique to this region. We spent around five hours leisurely trekking, allowing ample time for rest stops and appreciating the beautiful surroundings.

Our beloved Professor Yumei Li was awarded the Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu Province in Bioinformatics, in recognition of her scientific research work. Congratulations!

Welcome Junpeng Zhou, Ling Zheng, and Keyao Zhu to the LYM Lab!

Junpeng is a newly enrolled Master’s student, while Ling Zheng and Keyao will be joining us as visiting students to work alongside our team!

Just had a delightful and cozy gathering at Prof. Li’s home during this sunny summer break! Surrounded by warmth and laughter, we reveled in the joy of camaraderie over a scrumptious lunch meticulously prepared by our talented chef, Yacheng. The flavors were as rich as the conversations shared, making it a day to cherish. It’s moments like these that truly define the essence of togetherness!
